At Fairview Heights Animal Clinic and the Animal Hospital of O'Fallon, we believe that continuing education is the key to success. Along with the AVMA and NAVTA 'con-ed' courses our veterinarians and licensed technicians receive every year, we provide 4 hours of in-house staff training every two weeks to allow our staff to better serve you.

Our staff is thoroughly trained on communication skills, computers, animal handling, animal nutrition, and of course the many health conditions your pets may encounter. This allows our staff to better understand your pets' needs, and helps maintain a happier, healthier pet.

Our groomers at Fairview Heights Animal Clinic and the Animal Hospital of O'Fallon have been extensively trained over months to perform quality services on your pet. This training is done either in accredited grooming schools or by certified groomers and allows them to help you determine what is best for your pet.
