The Animal Hospital of O'Fallon tries to operate on an appointment schedule. If you need to schedule an appointment, please call us at your earliest convenience. If you have an emergency during regular business hours you should still contact us to allow us to prepare for your arrival. Walk in appointments will be handled as quickly as possible.

Emergencies
As a service to our clients, we are available for emergency situations at all times. You can contact us at (618) 398-1530 where you will leave a message for us to return your call. We try to promptly return your call within five minutes. Serious emergencies, which require immediate care, should consider the Animal Emergency Center at (618) 346-1843.

Triage Medicine
We understand that emergencies occur during regular hours as well. In the event this happens, we will treat the patient that is most critical first. We appreciate your understanding regarding this issue.
